Melissa Pasquariello-Stefano is an associate attorney at Fazzio Law Offices, LLC. She independently handles client matters and brings substantial litigation and bankruptcy experience to her practice, including Chapter 13 plans, foreclosure defense, sheriff’s sale relief, and loan modifications.

Protecting homes and helping clients move forward.

Melissa represents homeowners facing foreclosure and works to stop sheriff’s sales, pursue loan modification approvals, and address mortgage debt through Chapter 13 plans. She guides clients through their options, develops case strategy, and handles the legal work needed to pursue their objectives.

Her experience also includes Surrogate’s Court and probate matters, contested litigation, and contract disputes. She works directly with clients to understand the facts, assess the issues, and pursue resolution through negotiation or litigation.

A practical understanding of real estate and business.

Melissa’s background includes lender-side real estate closings, title and survey review, purchase agreements, contract riders, rental agreements, and landlord-tenant matters. Her experience in real estate brokerage, property management, and construction project management adds a practical understanding of the financial and operational issues behind a dispute.
