Short Sale

Short Sales are a great option to cancel your debt with the bank by selling your property for the market price, with the bank marking the loan “paid in full.”  Short sales provide time to make arrangements for your move and allow you to maintain control over the process.  A short sale is a way to move on with dignity and gracefully walk away from your property with a clean slate and nothing still owed to the bank.  Short sales can also be a great option for a workout strategy where multiple debts are satisfied for less than full value — similar to what would happen in a Ch. 7 Bankruptcy Liquidation — but, without the necessity of crushing your credit through Bankruptcy.
